Refund policy

We stand behind every order and want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Pre-orders (before August 1, 2026 release)

Pre-orders may be cancelled for a full refund any time before your order ships. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. Physical books and printed materials

If your book arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we’ll make it right — either a replacement copy at no charge or a full refund, your choice. We may ask for a photo of the damage to expedite the replacement.

Because each book is printed on demand for your order, we don’t accept change-of-mind returns once a book has shipped. However, if you’re unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason, please reach out — we’ll work with you to find a fair resolution. Church Group Packs (15-Pack, 25-Pack, 50-Pack)

Group pack orders may be cancelled before the order ships for a full refund. Once shipped, group packs are non-returnable due to the printed quantity. If items arrive damaged or short of the ordered quantity, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we’ll send replacements at no charge.

Digital products

Digital pre-order bonuses (such as the Man on Fire: First Look PDF) are delivered immediately upon purchase and are non-refundable due to the nature of digital delivery. If the bundle that includes the digital bonus is cancelled before the physical product ships, the entire purchase is refunded.
